Rebuilt the bank's data architecture and replaced ~80 static Power BI reports with a live internal platform used from operations to the C-suite. Reduced 15 manual spreadsheets to one automated workflow, cut refresh cycles from weekly to every 4 hours, and eliminated a manual nightly close that tied up three people.
